Food Safety Programs (FSPs)

Our Food Safety Programs are easy to use and tailored to match the processes occurring at your site. For multi-site organisations we will ensure that each of your sites’ Food Safety Programs are corporately consistent whilst also being customised for the food services at each site. We will consult with your staff and management to develop food safety policies and procedures to support the effective operation of your food safety program.

Our Food Safety Programs are compliant with State and Territory legislation and include:

    • Management policies, e.g.  hygiene standards for staff
    • Allergen management procedures
    • Detailed assessment of food safety hazards from receipt of food through to service or dispatch
    • Step by step monitoring procedures teaching staff how to keep food safe
    • Written instructions on “What to do if something goes wrong”
    • User-friendly food safety records and logsheets
    • Options for digitised FSP records and integration with other electronic  monitoring systems.


Ongoing Support & Services

We are readily available to assist managers and supervisors with any food safety-related concerns, to guide them in successful implementation and provide support during external / regulatory audits. Our ongoing management and support services include:

    • Annual Food Safety Program Reviews, document management and version control
    • Annual Internal Audits
    • Support during external audits and inspections
    • Support for corrective actions, complaints or incident management
    • General Food Safety Program support for catering staff and managers
    • Food Safety Training for catering staff and managers (accredited and non-accredited)

Infocus Food Safety conducts annual Food Safety Program reviews to ensure our clients’ programs remain current, meet any organisational or legislative changes and reflect industry best practice. It is a legislative requirement in every state and territory for Food Safety Programs to be regularly reviewed.

  • A complete review, revision and reprinting of the Food Safety Program
  • Electronic version of the updated records / log sheets
  • Document Version Control and updating of the Revisions Record
  • Minor desktop revisions to the FSP during the annual review period
